Provided by YP.comWe put down a deposit for a party reservation, and we were never made aware of any cancelation fees. Not only that, but the deposit is non-refundable and we were never informed of that either. When I called to try and resolve the matter with them in a proffesional manner they were extremly rude, and hung up on me and the mother of my child. They told us "Its not our problem. We will jus have to take us to civil court.", and then rudly hung up while we were still talking. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER JUMPING PLACE!

Provided by YP.comI went to a party for my nieces birthday party and i was not impressed with anything. the staff does not take their job, the floor was dirty and hazerdous to any child. the people who work there are as young and just want a pay check for nothing. Actually i heared a couple of girls that were standing to the side,( NOT watching the kids at all) talking about sexual positions at a tone where anyone could hear it. the price is dumb in my oppinion, you pay all this money for your kids BUT for only 2 hours.anything longer than 2 hours is an additional 4 dollars each child. This place is a rip off, take this serious go somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comThe first and ONLY time my husband and I took our son there, we arrived 30 minutes after they opened. The doors were still locked and the place was dead. We stood outside and knocked on the door for about 15 minutes before the teenager "working" finally unlocked the door - 45 minutes after she was supposed to. The place was filthy, the floor was a disaster - ripped up and bent. Definitely not ideal for excited, running children. We stayed because we had already promised our son a good time at the "new indoor inflatable place". We were the only people there for a long time. But after awhile some nurses brought in adults with disabilities and they all started jumping. I thought it was great that the place allowed this to happen but, it's just didn't seem safe with 6 or 7 adults all jumping at once. And I had to make sure that my child stayed out of the inflatables with all the adults in them. We didn't like this place, it was dirty and unsafe.

Provided by YP.comI went with my 7 year old and my 15 year old. We had a good time and it was something that we cold do together where the other bounce places adults are not allowed to jump. However the place was a bit on the dirty side and there were matts that were missing. My biggest problem though, was that the "employees" that were managing the slides were all grouped together so you had to squeeze past them and the conversation they were having was VERY inappropriate consisting of debates on whether it would be better to get shot or stabbed. The ladder part of some of the slides is worn out making it almost impossible for younger kids to get up . Overall it wasn't bad, but was a little overpriced for what you got.

Provided by YP.comWe went there today and I was shocked at the condition of the flooring! They have the foam mats that you put together but they were in horrible condition, there were pieces missing and some were bent up really far. Definately a trip hazard! There were also tons of pieces of food and trash on the floor as this place isn't very clean at all. I couldn't even let my infant down on the floor because he kept trying to put old Doritos and trash in his mouth. We stayed for an hour as not to dissapoint my preschooler but we won't be going back unless someone I know tells me they've at least redone their floor!
