Full Circle/CANDII is formed by a merger of two nonprofit organizations, Full Circle AIDS Hospice Support and Children's AIDS Network Designed for Interfaith Involvement. The organization provides children, adults and families affected by HIV and AIDS access to comprehensive medical, social, financial, educational, mental health and support services, as well as specialized meals programs, transportation, and children's day care services. Its staff includes outreach and education specialists, testing coordinator, resource and development coordinator, youth services coordinator, and child care assistants. The organization provides intensive case management services to over 500 clients every year. It also offers Medicaid AIDS waiver services to prevent nursing home placement. Its meals program delivers over 15,000 meals annually. Full Circle/CANDII is located in Norfolk, Va.
