HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! UNKNOWLEGABLE AND DISHONEST!!… TOOK MY 85.00 Gave mo no receipt for a diagnostic test...….Gave INCORRECT WRONG ADVICE.....THEY LOST A 30 fuse under the hood of my vehicle...Gave it back to me missing~(IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GIVE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST WITHOUT THE PART.) after this I called. They said it would be 540.00 to drop the gas tank and the wiring to it was the problem... WELL WRONG...they also said the problem was the wiring the back of the vehicle WRONG AGAIN! turns out it was a crank sensor under the hood of the vehicle....THEY GAVE A INCORRECT DIAGNOSTIC WOULD NOT RETURN MY PART THEY LOST THAT COST ME 30.00 MORE DOLLARS THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY... did not even apologise...NO RECIEPT NO ACTUAL NAME.. SO IM TAKING HIM TO COURT BUT NEED A ACTUAL PERSONS NAME...…………………………….LONG STORY SHORT!!! THEY TRIED TO ROB ME FOR OVER 500.00DOLLARS AFTER THEY STOLE 85.00 from me and lost my part that cost 30.00 not to mention I lost a few days of work because I trusted this expert(supposedly ) opinion /advise time money lost...…..I FIXED THE VEHICLE FOR 14 dollars after I REPLACED THE 30 dollar part they lost.....CROOKS DISHONEST

Avoid this place at all costs. This guy is a thief pure and simple. I went there for a $20 Virginia State inspection and this jerk tried to charge me $500 to replace a tie rod end and an upper motor mount (dog bone) and neither needed replacing. I refused and he told me he wouldn't inspect my car and the had already scraped the current inspection sticker off which is against the law. He also claimed he would call the police if I went anywhere else (which he can't). I left his shop and replaced both parts for $50 then took my car to another inspection, paid $20 and am living happily ever after. By the way this loser has a court date for next week to give me back the $20 he stole from me. Definitely avoid this loser!

Keep my car for 3 day running test when I told him what was wrong to begin with also charged me 3 hours labor for 1 hour job will rip you off if you don't know any thing about cars
