I am not just saying it just to say it. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Generals Office and will be consulting an attorney next week. If any of you have been sold a vehicle and spent countless money on towing, rentals, lost time from work and car payments toward a purchase from them, PLEASE GO IN ON THIS WITH ME!!! We need to get them shut down and put out of business and hopefully we can get our money back!!

Michael Wayne investment don't care if you lose your job they'll turn you car off. I think everyone that has dealed with Michael Wayne investment and the auto connection should call ten on your side and they both need to closed down for unfair practices

Provided by YP.comBy far the worst loan company on the face of this planet!!! They tell you one thing but you always get another! I would rather deal with satan himself then deal with them. I wish to God I never went to Auto connection to get a car. They scammed the hell out of me. I was promised my payment would be no more than 200 a month, its 200 a month alright! 200 TWICE A MONTH! THEY ARE THE COMPANY FROM HELL AND BEYOND!!!! Do not buy a car from Auto connection and pleass for the love of God do not get a car loan with Michael Wayne Investment.

A year later after the speedometer went out and the gas gauge broke amongst other issues, I called and told them to come get the damn car. We were paying 10,000 list price for a car whose kbb value was 2,500 tops. Anyways, they got a judgement taken out against us and 5 years later they tried to garnish wages. I have called multiple times to get the breakdown of where we owe them money and they never provide it so I dispute it with the credit company and lo and behold they can give them the information. I am so done with these people. Run away from this place they are horrible!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileIf you're looking to pay lots of money for a lemon, Michael Wayne Investments will be great at assisting you. You pay all this money for a vehicle only to be sold a lemon in which you'll have to start making repairs as soon as you drive off the car lot. This company targets individuals that have a higher credit risk than most who are trying to purchase a vehicle.The customer service is horrible.The account managers try to threaten you into keeping a vehicle that is clearly a lemon. Even after turning in the vehicle,they harass you and any person on your list of references if you don't pick up the first time they call. Clearly if the company has been voluntarily given the vehicle back, the only discussion should be money's due after the car has been sold at auction. Not harassing me trying to make me come get the car back. Auto Connection and Michael Wayne Investments need to be investigated for harassment and unfairly selling people lemons. Please stay far away!! Trust me this company seems like a last resort but try an actual large dealership that works with credit risk individuals...Good Luck!!

Provided by YP.comI got a car from Auto Connection. I liked it so much. It was a bit pricey, but I thought first car. Less than two days, the wiper blade popped off. I replaced it thinking no big deal. But then I started having reactions with my allergies and asthma to the car. Plus the steering was off and the tire pressure. SO they fixed the tire pressure. However, I'm still having reactions to it. The location doesn't have the equipment to repair it and this was after I was told several times by their managers that they could fix it. Now, stuck with a car that I'm allergic to. They also don't have a return policy. They don't tell you that whne you sign on it. My only option is legal recourse since they can't fix the problem. Stay far away from this place.

Provided by YP.comI have been cheated by this company and advise anyone that has too to file a claim with the federal trade commission and with the better business bureau. They have committed illegal acts of collections based on the Unfair Debt Collections Practices Act. Such violations as contacting me at work which is against the law and calling me more than 7 times in one day. They always stae that calls are being recorded I advise consumers to do the same, let them know they are on speaker phone and that you are video taping the entire conversation. I am currently obtaining legal action against them.

Provided by YPmobileI brought a 2004 dodge neon from this company in July and it's been back to the shop for the same 02 censor 4 times, now they want to charge me to fix the problem and no one at Michael Wayne wants to return my calls or give assistance in this situation. I have spoken to Chris and now waiting on the so called Barrett. The main problem is that I had the car in their shop 4 times the first month. Calling the BBB today.Please if you can help it do not deal with this company.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a car from MW in (2009) in Richmond, the staff was EXCELLENT, i lost my job about a yr after purchasing and they worked with me, I mean really worked with me until I could no longer afford to make payments, then when i found a new job we set up payment arrangements (see they still working with me) and I brought the agreement and now has been garished my wages. Truth is I am not mad and I would PURCHASE another car from them. No complaints here.

Provided by YPmobilePurchased a 05 trailblazer on 14 Feb. 17 feb the motor siezed in my driveway. They had Quality tow pick it up on following sunday. Today is 12 march still not complete. Keep being told by Service manager Barret that by law they cant cover a rental or a loner or even swap me out vehicles. Today it was supposed to be done for the 8th time and being told by theshop it just had engine unbolted this morning and wont be complete for days. Lying theiving backstabbing bastards is all they are.

Provided by YP.comthe company does assistant you with payments, but they want your first born, while they are assisting you with your payments, they are not helpful when it comes to your car repairs, my radiator went out ,(i have not had the car that long) and one rep and manager made arrangements with me to get the car repair, they offer their repair program which would cost more to do that than to get the car fixed on my own and all i had to was provide proof that the car got repair,and they would assist , call back to give the info when the the vehicle would be repair and when i would send the proof in, the rep give me a spill as if i was my fault that the car broken down and would not acknowledge the arrangements that was made, but was able to see the notes where the arrangement had been notated.(she read them to me twice) I inform the rep that if they dont do there part in the arrangement (that they made)after I have completed mines I was contacting a lawyer, the rep continue to fuss about the policy while still reading me the arrangements. Not understanding if she was having a difficulties understanding them or what but she basically was like you can get the car fix but we will cut the car off after that. LAWYER already contacted. Do not go to them im trying to get out, yes they work with your payments but if your car is having repair issues and you only had it for a lil while they are unreliable and can be very rude. they jack the price of the car up very high (trust Ive done my research) ..If you are able to go somewhere else, I got them a one star only for assistant with the payments (after you give them your first born)

Provided by YP.comDon't buy from them. Their contract was not written with all discloses intact. Be careful on what you sign. or They sign. Don't give your credit card info over the phone. Customer service is so bad. The Tracking junk they put in always failed. No 24/7 support to fix their computer mess. Mad Max with black Eye= Robber.

Provided by YP.comI am currently purchasing a vehicle from this company and the first two hour the transmission went out on me. I was thankful to have a warranty. With any car new or old things can happen. I just hate the laws the state of Virginia has when it comes to purchasing a car from anywhere. Always remember to read your contract. I haven't had any problem since then, but I feel the vehicle is overpriced!!! But what can you say, when your credit is not that good!!! Thank you Auto Connection for that....

Provided by YP.comRecently in October MWIC has went to a phone call in your payment. But, the number they have to call it in to is always busy or not in service. I think it is very inconvience. I believe they should make it possible to make payments online in the future. This would make it easier and hassle free for the consumer of their auto mobiles. If they no longer want in office payments, the only other way to deal with this would be to build a payment website, and except direct payments through the web.

from them. they have some very rudd people that u have to deal with when paying car payment. one
I have had to expreince was named Merie sad she was a supervisor. very nasty person over the phone
i would never buy another car from them because of this there costumer service is the worst.
