I am appalled to find out the recent news That the Wife/Widow of a former military man/ Norfolk Police Officer that served our country and community and lost his life while on DUTY protecting everyone and there family was told YOU WOULD NOT approve and settle his life insurance policy because it was a Homicide and not ACCIDENTAL Are you serious This is OUTRAGEOUS !!! He nor his family asked for someone to shoot him He LOST HIS LIFE protecting y'all and this is how you repay his family SAD SAD SAD I know several people who will be switching banks So Much for you NAVY FEDERAL taking care of your FAMILY !!
