This place has no concern for providing great customer service at all. I usually like this store because its close to my house and their great variety of merchandise even though their prices are higher than the other beauty supply stores, but as of today, I will no longer be spending my money here. This place has sold merchandise to me that they knew were defective, refuse to let me exchange an item less than $10 that I had purchased only 1 day before and since I had no receipt they said, they couldn't help me, i just found out they have this senseless rule: no exchanges, no refunds, all sales final.....as if people can't change their minds, purchased the wrong item or just found it cheaper elsewhere. I am glad that I know now and just wanted to share, I am happy to take my business elsewhere!
