I love Norfolk Karate !!! This is not your ordinary Karate studio. Norfolk Karate also offers Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. For kids they have karate and also have Gracie bully-proof classes. Women can benefit from the Gracie Women Empowered program as well as the other Gracie programs that they offer. Adult Karate is also offered. There is something for everyone in the entire family. The instructors are super talented in teaching people of all learning and skill levels. The students are very respectful and courteous. Norfolk Karate is a very inviting place and will make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. As a woman, I especially like this place and learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu because the techniques are easy to understand, perform and are very effective. I think it is best to be proactive and learn to defend oneself rather than falling prey and becoming a victim of an attack and then having to deal with the mental and physical aspects that would result from that. Norfolk Karate all the way !!!!
