Giving them 0 stars is far too generous, but since I have to rank them, I'll give them the 1.



I called to check out an apartment in Ghent, and set up an appointment with the secretary. The next day, no one showed up, and when I called the office back, Blair, the person I was supposed to meet, didn't even realize an appointment was made, and said she'd meet me in 10 minutes. She then called me back, not realizing the apartment was being renovated, and postponed. I was annoyed, but agreed to meet the following week.



The morning of the new appointment, Blair never shows up. I called the office, and no one answered.



Hopelessly incompetent staff who have no courtesy, and don't honor their appointments. I wouldn't use this company if they offered an apartment for free.
