This has to be the worst salon that I HAVE EVER WWNT TO!!!!....there used to be a hair stylist there name Mrs. Brenda. She was an older lady that did absolutely wonderful hair....I went on deployment and came back and she had quit.(that should have been my first warning) so not wanting to go anywhere else due to being pressed for time I allowed another stylist to do my sew-in. Big mistake. She smelled bad for one and had the nerve to speak poorly of another stylist and then asked me my opinion about the gossip she was spreading about this girl when she should've been focusing on my hair. My closure was horrible it looked like a mountain was sitting on my head and I ended up having to take the sew in out because it was pulling my hair out after only 3 days....this is by far the worst salon ever and I am sooo glad that it is finally out of business!!!!!

Never go there. They do not know what they are doing. The stylist doesn't listen to what you want. Instead the just do what they want to do. I had to tell them how to handle natural hair, And they are supposed to be the experts. I would never go there again. I wouldn't even get a free hairstyle fun them. Three words: young inexperienced garbage

The worst i have ever been to.Unprofessional and dirty to say the least. Went in bathroom it was blood in tge toilet and what looked like pee on the floor. Hair was horrible. Tracks fell out the very next day. It looked as if i had ny hair done for months anf it was only two days. Ugh just so upset. Save yourself a headache please. Seem like thier more worried about the bar then the customers. Smh so upset

Please do not waste ur money here!!! There is nothing professional about the type if braids they do here!!!

THIS IS THE LARGEST SALON EVER. THEY HAVE A SPORTS BAR AND BARBERSHOP INSIDE. THEY DO THE BEST HAIR IN VIRIGNIA. THE STYLISTS ARE SO PRECISE WITH THEIR STYLES. THE BARBERS ARE GREAT ALSO. THEY HAVE A 200 INCH MOVIE SCREEN A BAR AND A POOL TABLE IN THERE. I MET MY NOW HUSBAND THERE. HE WAS AT THE BAR AND A SAT NEXT TO HIM AND ORDERED CHAMPAIGN. HE PAID FOR IT AND WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE. I AM TAKEN BUT IF I WAS SINGLE I WOULD FREQUENT THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE SOME BALLERS IN THERE. REALLY NICE LOOKING GUYS. I LOVE GOING TO GET MY HAIR DONE.

I regret I got my hair done here. I am new to the area and I was looking for African hair braided and this was one of the numbers came up. I got there and paid $200 for micro braids. The braids started falling out. The braid started coming unloose. I had to go back to the stylish and get them put back in after two days. She spritzed my braids up and they are still coming unloose and falling out. The quality of the braids are terrible. I feel like I got con out of my money. If you want professional hair braid please don't go here. Very disappointed and will not recommend no one or go back.

worst hair does ever!!! My daughter and I came in for a 9am appointment didnt get serviced until after 1030 my daughter got braids and I got tracks both our hair looks a mess!!!!!!! My husband took my daughter back up so they could fix her braids and was told they could not burn the ends what really so I just burned the ends with no problem!! My tracks are awlful she didnt blend my hair at all. They also charged us more then what they quoted. They had 2 people walk out while I was there due to bad service. I will never go there again and suggest that everyone stays away they should not be in bussiness

I got my hair done on Saturday, and on Sunday half of my braids slid out. It was horrible. I wen back and I was not effecintly taken care of. The building was unkept. Mold in the bathroom. Ceiling rooves missing. Unclean. The backroom where the hair dryers are is adjacent to the bathroom. Not a good thing. I hate it. Hat my hair and will advise anyone to stay away. My braider was nice but inexperienced. If u don't know something say so. Don't try to make a buck and F&%k it up. Take my word.....

THIS SALON IS GOOD AT EVERYTHING. I NEVER SEEN AN SALON WITH 12 OR 13 STYLISTS AND EVERYONE IS GOOD. I SAW SOME GREAT WEAVES, SOME GREAT MICRO BRAIDS AND SINGALEASE TWISTS AND I SAW A BEAUTIFUL CUT WITH SPIKES. EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND THE ATMOSHERE IS GREAT. THERE IS A RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT AND EVERYTHING. NEW YORK HAIR DESIGNS IS THE BOMB. ALSO THEIR PRICES WERE CHEAP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON POINT. THEY EVEN DO CHILDREN HAIR AND EVERYTHING. THEY ALSO HAVE A NY BARBER SHOP NEXT DOOR. THIS PLACE IS WHERE OUR FAMILY CHOOSE TO SPEND OUR MONEY. WHERE IT IS DESERVING AND APPRECIATED.........
