The Coldest Panera

I go to a lot of Paneras in Hampton Roads but this Military Hwy Panera is ALWAYS cold and don't just take my word for it - look around when u walk in. Most of the customers always have their coats on. The wall of windows leak air so much so that u can actually feel the air coming in with your hands. The worst part is the a/c is always blowing out cold air - even when the temp outside is frigid. I like the staff but this location needs to fix the air problem. I can't feel comfortable in a cold place when it's cold outside.
