Aaron and Tim saved my laptop and my relationship with my boss as a result. I spilled 1/2 a cup of coffee on my work computer that is less than 1 year old and was purchased for $1200. It was dead. Best Buy offered nothing but high prices to send it off to their HQ where they told me it would almost definitely NOT be repairable. Remedy PC took it on as a personal challenge, digging deep into the innermost cables of the PC. They were able to find the short, clean it up, and replace the keyboard for an incredibly reasonable price. Great service, great prices. They offered a willingness to keep digging when a big box store wouldn't have cared less. Thanks guys! You rock!!

The expertise with which my computer issues were resolved was impressive. My repairs were done quickly and completely. Further, they took the time to educate me about keeping my computers (laptop AND PC) running smoothly. Other places in the past treated computer repair as a huge secret, when in fact, it is my product, and I have the right to know what is going on with it. I trust these guys completely.
