I went to Richway tonight looking for my first wig, since I recently received an awful haircut. The whole experience was dissatisfying. The woman in the back by the wigs did not seem like she wanted to help me at all, and I honestly know nothing about wigs. I asked her a few questions, and after receiving a short answer for each one, I decided to just pick a wig at random and leave.



Unfortunately for me, when I came home, I noticed the wig was WAY lighter than I thought, and it just would look awful on me. The wig is bright blonde, and also has a brown streak going across the scalp of it, making it look completely fake.



I called, not even 20 minutes after leaving, to see if I could exchange this wig, which still has all the tags on it and is barely brought out of the box, for something that would be more fitting to me. I got the "all sales are final" slap in the face, and I, unfortunately, do not have the means to come buy another.



All in all, the entire trip here was mortifying. I would not suggest it to any newcomers, such as myself. If you do go here, make sure you know what you are doing, because there is no help and you are not allowed to make any mistakes.

I am a new customer there and I will not be returning to where I used to go EVER again! They have all colors and styles, very affordable! Love it!!
