Provided by YP.comWe moved here in July of 2002. Recently moved out. We saw the rent go up at least 50$ a year. It was the same excuse every time, rent increase due to water over usage. There are so many rules and regulations enforced upon those who live there that many people have moved away. There is a rumor that the woman who is in management right now is looking to convince the owner to sell the property and so is trying her best to run people out of the park. Beware, she has tow trucks patrol the park for anyone who doesn't have a sticker (if you lose this sticker it's $50) or parking pass (also $50 if lost). Not sure what she does with this money but I'm pretty sure it doesn't cost $50 to make another parking pass or parking sticker. She also has a company do the lawn of each trailer (yes, that is part of the rent increase). Anything from upkeep of trailer to whatever is a fine of $50. You can't move out unless you have a buyer for your trailer who has passed their "credit check." Everyone who lives there must provide proof of ownership of each trailer. The main office is only open from 9am to 11am. The manager is also a reality. No pools, no pets (cats ok because they overrun the park), no anything out side (including kids toys) unless it's patio furniture. Its a great place for people with no children who don't mind being told how to live and have no friends come over.
