The customer service at this location is so terrible, I will not to TO MUCH in detail but i just simply wanted T mobile to sign my unotherized letter. Because they charged my bank account without an authorization but instead a rude and hideous woman name NIKKIwas telling me she couldn't do she didn't know what she was doing so I decided to talk to the manager instead. The managers name was RACHEL. And she was giving me the round trip telling me she can help me but she can't which made NO SENSE AT ALL because I called t mobile and they told me to come to this corporate location to receive an unothorized letter and she said she can help but can't??? There are so many ways to solve my issue and she just doesn't know what she's doing NOR TOOK THE TIME TO EVEN TRY TO GET AN SOLUTION TO SOLVE NY PROBLEM. SHE just didn't care in general.. How do you not know your job, how did you even become a manager. she just needs to be demoted from that title in general. It could also be that she just did not like me at all I'm not sure why she didn't try to help me or go that extra mile.Overall, I am traumatized by the customer service in this location and by that being said i will be moving to verizon service. They seem to be more considerate and more apreciative of my money and I am a very VALIABLE CUSTOMER and that just something they did. Not take value me as.

As for you the people visiting this location. All I can say to anyone else is that I hope you don't run into Nikki and Rachel, they are very rude and ignorant people and will ruin your day.
