I have had the worst experience! I purchased my first car from them alittle over a month ago and I've had more problems with it then ever. My car wouldn't go into park! Long story short they took my car under warranty to fix on it leaving me without transportation for about 4 days before agreeing to give me a loaner car. I got the car back a week later drove home just to find out it wouldn't go into park again. Every time I pick it up there's another problem! A/C went out and now bottom plastic dragging the ground. Can't catch a break. Over it. Wouldn't recommend no one to purchase from here.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would they do not deserve even 1 star complete scam artists. I will give you the short version as by now 18 months into this loan I could write a novel. The car has had issues since 30 minutes after leaving the lot. They 1st bandaid issues and lie to you until your warranty runs out. We were sold a car that in 18 months has been in the shop 10 times and it is still messed up. It is DANGEROUS it cuts off while you're driving and the head lights go in and out, just to name a few of the many issues. There are better lots to go to is if you have credit issues. I plan to file a civil suit against under lemon law, I have now found out that this car was flooded and they HAD to have known after the 1st visit to the shop with the symptoms it had. I have told all of my family and friends to stay away. STAY AWAY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, and they don't care if you get into an accident in an unsafe vehicle.

If you have anything wrong with car you get from here you just get a run around to the warranty runs out then its up to you to find someon r that can fix it

My husband and I visitamo this place to buy a car and my experience was horrible. The employee who greeted us did not even know the procedure for submitting documents, hosts of total hours 3 different people with different explanations and applications. 3 days after we returned to the place where they offered the car that we had already seen on their website at a price totally exaggerated and put on your page, to claim them or informal, immediately changed the cost of the vehicle in the page (a fraud TOTAL), the seller did not help us, not give us alternatives to inform estabanos not match the price, we just returned the documents and told us that cualificabanos for any vehicle the previous day we had approved the vehicle, they indicated the deposit amount, the cost of the vehicle and the amount payable. To my knowledge and many friendships that we have already spoken of this place, we are more than clear that are corrupt, liars and dedicated to steal money from people. It's a shame that so engage local people to cheat. They lost a customer but a community of friends and family who never take into account The Auto Connection as an alternative to purchasing a vehicle.

the worst place to ever buy a car from!!!!!! i bought car from them within 30 minutes it broke down i called them and they said "you must have been racing it" and they said financing it would help my credit but it didnt the only time it did anything to my credit was make it worse even if i was on time so i went to auto land and traded that piece of c in for the best car ive ever had so DONT EVER go to AUTO CONNECTION they will take your money and leave you with a broke down mess
