Dont even deserve that star

I am so discusted at this (for profet) thrift sore. I have never seen such blaten ugliness. My experience with Mr. Johnson shall will be movong into legal matters. His accusations, disrespect, along with defamation through accusation and assumption makes any person of quality or right action want to never shop this money pocket lining, not for the community, but self serving greed.

My attorney will be in contact.

Not only does Mr. Johnson know how to properly teach his employees to think, but he allows misconduct to be blamed on shoppers and the public.

You will be hearing form my attorny.

And trust me, all my associats that shop second hand stores will be informed of the ass like mind that makes fales accusations, and the public will be well informd that they take risks of being humiliated and accused of being a theif should a tag that was not put on properly comes off. Be aware tha no responsibility will be taken within the establishment, that you instantly accused of siad action.

May your establishment suffer and fail, for you are not worthy.

And the trash you sell for profit serves mo one but your own pockets. Shame on you Mr. Johnson.

The 2 male managers are rude and arrogant. My 3 year old had to go potty. They refused to let her. I told them she cannot hold it. They did not care. They told me they offer a Porta potty outside so we went there. It was so nasty. I went back in and confronted them. They just argued with me. Vine manager said,"he'll I would not go in there." So, she wet herself and the cart and the floor. I will Never go there again.

This is by far [THE] best thrift store I've seen in all of Hampton Roads. The facility is extremely clean and the merchandise are clean and in excellent conditions. It is not uncommon to find brand new items with the tags still attached. The bathrooms and fitting rooms are well kept. Most importantly, the staff is courteous and helpful. I most strongly recommend this thrift store to anyone who's looking for great bargains.

This is the best thrift store around. Prices are amazing and the quality of items are great! You can often find practically new items for dirt cheap. They put new items out periodically each day! I wish I still lived in Norfolk - I miss this place!

This is my favorite thrift store. I find many bargains here. Sometimes their prices are too high but overall they do well. It's very organized and set up nicely. It is definetly worth going to.
