Provided by YP.comi am going to the thrift store today and this is one of the only ones near me that are going to be open today i really need a winter coat hopeing to find one there but while im there i will do some customer service care and find out for myself if what they say online about this thrift store is true or false wish me luck and i will let you all know exactly how professional or unprofessional this store really is and weather its worth your time to check it out or not thanks everyone and i look forward to giving my feedback online

Provided by YP.comTHIS IS THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE....THE STORE OWNER ROB AND THE MANAGER SHERRY ARE THE RUDIEST UNPROFFESSIONAL DISGUSTING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET....THE OWNER WAS ACTUALLY HOLLARING OUT OF HIS CAR RUDE THINGS AT ME AND HE WASNT EVEN WORKING THAT DAY....AS FAR AS SHERRY GOES WELL SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR HER CUSTOMERS OR HERSELF ITS TOO BAD YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT BAD BUSSINESS OWNERS OR THERE EMPLOYEES I WOULD LOVE FOR THEM TO GO OUT OF BUSSINESS....IVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERICENE IN MY LIFE....AND IT WAS ALL OVER AN EXCHANGE AND THEY SAID THAT NO THRIFT STORES DO BUT I WENT TO CHKD RIGHT AFTER THAT AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM DOING IT....AND THEY DONT EVEN DESERVES ONE STAR
We have a policy that all sales are final. This is true at nearly every thrift store in America. We will waive this rule if the situation calls for it. In this case Tiffany was very rude to our cashier and cussed at her. We decided to stand by our policy and asked her to leave. She started cussing very loudly in front of customers and their children. She did this for over 5 minutes. We finally called the police and then she left. If you feel you need to be able to return items you should pay full retail at the mall. If you feel you need to cuss in front of children you should stay home. We have thousands of very happy customers and welcome new ones.
