Usually me and my husband are big fans of Wingzone, we've ordered deliveries from this one several times. Unfortunately, the night manager Chevon or Shavon is very rude and has a foul attitude. Tonight she made a rude comment to another worker in the middle of my order. I made my order at 6:36pm and was told it would take one hour. We didn't get the order until 8:00pm. Our order was small since it was just us and our 2 year old. However, it was delivered without the salad. I called back at 8:03 and was told the salad would be delivered in 15 minutes. It was finally delivered at 8:47! No one apologzied, offered any coupons or discounts. I hate that this is the only wingzone in Norfolk! I called the corporate office and informed them about my experience. My suggestion to all, avoid this place at all costs!
