Provided by YP.comGuy comes in, looks at my tv for 5 mins and says ya I don't think I can fix that. That will be $75. For what, you didn't do anything or even try anything. And the office didn't say it would cost that amount just for him to bless me with his presence. Terrible service.

Provided by YP.comI bought a new Samsung 55" 4k smart Tv and I had a screen issue. Samsung sent Advanced Electronic Industry to pick up my tv. Within less than week of contacting Samsung my Tv is now back to the new. Thanks AEI!

Provided by YP.comAEI is an LG certified warranty service provider. They were quick to make an appointment to visit my home to work on my set, and Aaron called when he was 20 minutes from the house. Aaron came with parts that LG said were the likely culprits, but these did not fix the set the first time. Aaron and Kim scheduled another visit very quickly, and Aaron did his research and came with the parts to fix the set. Courteous, fast, and honest. Great people to deal with!

Provided by SuperpagesCan I give a negative review? Something like minus 5? I am amazed anybody gave them one star rating. The service is awful. They never answer the phone, and refuse to visit you to even diagnose the problem on your TV arguing that Samsung doesn't pay them enough to cover the visit. As a customer, that is not my problem. They should learn how to negociate better or avoid getting into a bad deal. One way or another, they should respect their customers and provide a good service. In my case, after waiting 3 weeks, they let me know that one part that they ordered was in back order and I just had to wait. They didn't even know what the problem was as they never came to take a look of my brand new TV!!! Please save time and refuse to do business with this people.

Provided by YP.comI had my TV repaired by them in in May of 2009, today I called about the same repair because my tv is doing the same thing. Not only was I told they no longer repair sony TV's any longer, but they did not offer anyone who did. I thought here I am stuck with a tv they repaired 9 months ago and no solution in sight! My advice is if you TV goes out and is no longer under warranty BUY A NEW ONE! They will fix it once and then you are on your own!

Provided by SuperpagesIts been 2 months and there has been no further service done for us, we cannot even get these people to return our phone calls - we've been told several time the will have the tech call us back, he never does.
