Scheduling a appointment was a nightmare, two weeks before i could see a doctor. Scheduling staff neglected to inform me of massive construction causing parking to be difficult. After having to park near Main St. by Auto Zone. I arrived approx 10 late to my appointment due to the horrible pain in my left leg. Which is the reason i made the appointment. Since i arrived late Dr. Djagarian said i would have to reschedule. Which i plan do do... With a different hospital, and doctor. All i have left now is one single question. Why is it so hard to find a doctor or hospital that actually cares about its patients?

Advocate Bromenn Medical Center belongs in the Automotive Care Section and NOT in the Health Care Section. Upon my arrival to Advocate, I found my 79 year old mother being restrained by a straight jacket at which time I was confronted by a male nurse who shoved me into her bed and forced me out of her room. My mother had just had knee surgery for infection and the nursing staff violated her by restraining her illegally Police were called and I was escorted by the cops to my daughter's car.

Mysteriously the police report disappeared when I contacted the hospital with a legal representative.

All I cared about was getting my mother out of the concentration camp. The food was all processed. What has happened to our healthcare system? PROFIT over humanity! Shame on all of those who mistreat the innocent and helpless. My mother was treated worse than a dead lab rat! May God forgive have mercy on YOUR SOULS!!!!

My dad was recently a patient ...

My dad was recently a patient at this hospital and received the worst care he has ever expierenced! His heart is not in very good shape, hes 75 years old. He was in his room after being hospitized from a staff infection from hip replacement. Everytime he called for a nurse, she/he acted pissed off to have to attend to him. He was having an anxiety attack, called the nurse as he was laying in bed gasping for air, 10 minutes later the nurse comes in and asks him why he cant catch his breath..seriously?! As my dad is laying there gasping for air, he hears the nurses at the nurses station talking and laughing about whatever was so much more important than taking care of my dad. An hour later they come in to give him meds for his anxiety. This is uncalled for and they are so lucky I wasnt there cuz sh*t would have hit the fan, hardcore! I visited him at his new hospital today and he told me that when all of this was going on that he prayed to God to let him die so that he didnt have to feel this way...NOBODY should ever be made to feel like they wanna die!!! Your staff needs to get it together and do their job! If you have a problem with taking care of patients then find a diferent career! How would you feel if this was your family member! He WILL NEVER be back to this hospital, EVER!
