Connectivity U provides the internet service for the apartment I live in. I used to really like them, and even steered a new neighbor away from purchasing separate internet service. But in recent months the internet has been going down more and more (and for longer stretches of time). And when I call to find out what happened, their estimates of when internet service will return are usually wrong (and are in fact much longer).After being gone at work all day, it is really disappointing to come home and find the internet is out. It's a good thing I'm no longer a college student, or this increasingly unreliable service might start affecting my school work.Btw, I am writing this review from my cell phone because guess what? The internet in my apartment has been down for almost 12 hours now.
