Went to Logan’s Roadhouse 313 S Veterans Pkwy
Normal, IL on Wednesday the 18th of September 2019. We (party of four) arrived about 1630hrs.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and the atmosphere was good.

Brad was our server and he was very attentive and did an excellent job. We ordered some sort of Dorito appetizer with salsa and sour cream toppings. They tasted okay if you didn’t mind finding a long human hair in your food. We didn’t say anything to Brad, but that pretty much stopped us from eating any more of that appetizer.

I was a guest of the other three in our party and didn’t want to make a fuss and it seems they didn’t want to either.

After that experience I started to notice that the tabletop was sticky and apparently had not been cleaned properly from the previous customers. I then also noticed that the floor had various sorts of debris strewn about it.

I ordered a combo of ribs and chicken. The chicken was good but the ribs although tender and the meat just fell right off the bone, tasted like they had been cooked in dirty dish water. Being a guest, I didn’t say anything. I thanked my hosts for taking me out to dinner and we left.

Brad seemed like a nice guy trying to make a go of his life and I felt so bad he was working in such a filthy place.

I live in North Carolina and travel a lot. I will certainly never go to any Logan’s Roadhouse restaurants I may encounter in the future.

If I want great food, this is where I go. Reasonable prices, good atmosphere.

Along with the peanut shells under the table were French fries, parts of hamburgers, and paper napkins. I asked to be reseated and she sat us at a table that had not been cleaned. I protested and she got her attitude on. Finally ate and waited for the check. I got up and went to the kitchen window where she was on her cell. I told the manager that we HAD been regulars but not to look for us again. My wife wrote to corporate and got no response.
