You aren't going to find faster or friendlier laundry service anywhere. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. They turn standard laundry around in short time. If you have it in early enough you can get it the same day if not it is usually done in 24 hours. Other items, bigger items like comforters or large jackets, are usually done in just a few days. They have a large number of technology items to make everything quick and convenient. They have ways to recognize your car so they can begin pulling your items up when you pull in. They can email or text you when your items are complete. And they are very support of a number of activities in the community.

I dropped off 4 dress shirts and 3 pants yesterday around 11 am. I was elated when I got the text message (yes, they can alert you via text message or email when you're dry cleaning is done) around noon today that I could come pick up my stuff. I'm young and impatient so the tech-y appeal is great. ~24 hours... Quite a turn-around! The drive through is also nice. The staff is incredibly pleasant. And so far, it looks like they did a good job on my clothes.



BUT. There was quite a sticker shock when I picked it up. About $45 for my 7 garments. I'm a student and can't afford to pay over $5 for each article I need cleaned everytime I wear it. Honestly, if the prices were lower, this place would be PERFECT, but I guess you pay for the quick service, friendly staff and high tech alerts.



Breaks my heart really. I'm on a quest to find the best deal for good cleaning of my internship work clothes in Bloomington-Normal. Starcrest had all the bells and whistles; I had high hopes this could be the one could be the one, but alas, must search must go on.
