I have used this hardware store for years and have never had a bad experience. Very good service and friendly staff. Doesn't have as wide a selection as Lowe's or Home Depot but it is conveniently located for me.

went in to buy some hardware and mirror holders. I asked if there was anyone to work the cash register (there was a line of six to eight people in back of me). An employee by the name of Levi was on a computer and another lady employee was making a key.



I was told that 'since I was impatient, he LEVY, would just put everyone else on hold and take care of me...'



I repeated that I only wondered if there were anymore employees available to operate the cash register since the line was backing up and I had been waiting WITHOUT any sort of acknowledgement, perhaps there was SOMEONE...ANYONE who could step up and actually help out.



To which he replied, since I had an 'attitude', as far as he was concerned, I could just leave and go to Lowes.



I did just that AFTER I got a full refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON THESE RUDE, OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF AND STRESS.
