Even though we got this apartment and pay rent on time every single month, our air conditioner went out and we had to go days without any air conditioning.

They knew we had a 1-year-old baby in here but had to deal with an 80+ degree apartment for 5 days. We ended up getting a hotel and the apartment refused to help reimburse us and literally told my wife that air conditioning is not a necessity.

We also have a leak in our walls that's causing really bad mold and it hasn't been dealt with in a week now. It's crazy how they can't seem to get their priorities straight around here. I definitely won't recommend this place to ANYBODY in the future.

Well it hasn't changed as well as the manager and her rude and unprofessional way of dealing with her tenants. I am surprised the company hasn't fired her. She must be one hell of a good liar. We left after our lease was up and it was a very long year. Our first experience was a leak in the ceiling. The maintenance guy showed up and said he fixed it but 3 hours later after the office had closed it was leaking again and worse. So we called the emergency line and someone showed up from another apartment complex and fixed it in 10 minutes go figure. We always smelled mold in the bathroom and there were tiny spots on the ceiling we had to clean off every week or so. we assume there is much more behind the ceiling. Any time we called the office no one answered and when we went to the office in person the door was locked during business hours. The manager Vicky always tried to be articulate when we spoke with her but lacked the intelligence and vocabulary and it only made her sound uneducated at best. The apartments have cracks, and are very poorly insulated as well as scorpions in the summer and ants as well as spiders. i would just say stay away from this place. For the money you are getting ripped off and it is run by an incompetent person.

Apartments are small, management staff are nice people but do not get things done. They care more about landscaping than how your home looks on the inside, everything is out of date, and the maintenance cut corners instead of doing the job right! Now if your are asking yourself why do you stay here? The answer is I'm not as soon as my lease is up I'm out of here! One last point the floor in my living room feels like you are walking down hill! They called this normal soft spots! Need I say more?

The Apts are old and falling apart they take for ever to fix anything the plumbing is awful. Security only works from 8 to 5. Its a party place. Mangement leaves a lot to be desired. Its highy over priced for what you get.
