Did a nice job and very reasonably priced. I had to re-schedule 4 times because of my work schedule and this company was very kind and understanding. Very happy with the service.

I was very satisfied with this company. I took my washer apart to replace the part that I thought was bad in it. But after trying numerous times I finally gave up and called Bob's. Come to find out my washer didn't even need a new part. I was extremely happy with their honesty and their price. I recommend them.

I would say don't bother find someone more reasonably priced. I was told prior to coming to my home the service call and labor is $74.50, within (5) min. I went to laundry room and there was a hunk of steel part the size of my palm, I asked is that the part and the technician Mike replied yet it is, I said how much he said $71.50. He was already putting the back of dryer back on. The ticket said it was a thermal kit, the most expensive one I could find online is $25, from Whirlpool, but as low as $7.00. They charge 68% markup on the part, and and if your a woman, lead you to believe it is something other than a minor fuse replacement. I would never recommend them nor will I ever use them again. I called the technician Mike today asked him about the hunk of steel part on my dryer that he led me to believe was the part being replaced and he said it might have been the box. I know the difference between a box and a steel part, it almost looked like something from my lawn mower, lol. I asked about the 68% part markup and he said that is what we charge. Please do your research before using them unless you have plenty of money to toss in the toilet.
