We ordered rush gifts for our daughter and they ran out of everything except 1 item. They replaced the missing items with cheap crap and delivered it late. Looks like they planned it that way. Terrible experience using them.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite stores. I have worked with them in all areas - monogramming, painting, stationary, gifts, etc... and I have NEVER experienced anyone being rude or hateful. Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly. I have had huge monogram orders for high school teams during OU Rush and they have always worked with me to have everything ready and done by the date I need them regardless of what else is happening. I was shocked to read the other reviews but as a long time Norman resident, I have never heard anything but praise for Christmas Expressions and the owner and employees. Wonderful business and good to the community!

Great place to get rush gifts

Dealing with Christmas Expressions has been an absolute delight! Having a new student at OU it was a Godsend to find this place. During Rush they delivered a tumbler for me, a bid basket and most importantly are delivering a cookie cake to my daughter on her birthday! They are pleasant to work with and beyond helpful. I will say that I was worried when I read the reviews but used them anyway. The happy customers never post anything, they need to, this is a wonderful business!

BUYER BEWARE. Three day return policy. This means if you buy a gift for Christmas (from this gift shop), you had better buy it on Dec 23rd or Dec 24th or the gift cannot be returned for cash.



I purchased a gift nine days prior to Christmas, and was told I could only get a credit. :(



I'll shop elsewhere.
