I love churches chicken. If you do..then you are at the wrong place. They carry the name. The manager and the assistant manager both are not management material. . Rude. Rude.. always cold stale food and it does not matter what you order..take your over night bag. You will be there a while. And highly dissatisfied with the food. Churches needs to take their sign off the building and preserve there reputation of good quality food..

Cold food. Long wait time..BAD management. . Churches chicken has a reputation for quality food and excellent service. . Been here a couple time in the last 2 months.. This place is the worst experience I have had at any fast food place.. seems the assistant manager girl does not care one way or the other. . I simply asked if they had problems finding help since it is always takes way to long to get served cold stale food.. I am a business man in norman.. did not think the question was out of line.. but I was asked to leave the line and the store.. wow..

It's Church's chicken so of course it's good, but this place has the worst service. It takes them forever to complete even the simplest orders, even when there is no other customers. They've also "run out" of legs a lot (in other words are too lazy to make more)
