It's nice to know that there is reliable, trustworthy repair shop that I feel comfortable sending my daughter too. I live out of state and the service I have received over the phone has been great.

I have been using Eurosport since they opened and have had nothing but the best repair work on my cars. Clean,courteous,honest and thorough. It's obvious they take pride in their shop. Chris(manager) is very helpful and the mechanics are the best. I've never had to take my car back because it's repaired right the first time which is important to me because I live in OKC and work downtown OKC. Plus you can't beat the coffee while you wait. Highly recommend.

We've been taking our car to them for years (6 or 7). Until recently we thought Eurosport was our repair stop. Not anymore. The car got curbed pretty badly during the last ice storm and our insurance covered the replacement of the rear subframe and so on. We got the car back shinny and detailed and I even called the manager to thank him for the nice touch. And then we realized that the glove box handle had been broken, and the first aid kit compartment handle in the back seat as well. Add to that two broken usb/bluetooth chargers and liner adhesive smeared all over the back of the car. The shop blamed some of it on the detailers, but admitted to braking the handles and the chargers. Chris Anderson (the manager) promised to get new parts ordered and "take care of us". That was some 6 weeks ago. I'd been back once to tell them how disappointed we were. They assured me things would be fixed presently. No such luck. I am so very disappointed with them. Is it so hard to clean up after yourself? Apparently. I can order all the parts and fix that mess myself, I don't even care about the cost. But why should I? I didn't break anything. Shame on you Eurosport! And beware new customers, maybe a rainbow of blowing reviews has done more bad than good to that place. Maybe they don't care all that much anymore.

My service advisor, Chris, was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever worked with. I am not very mechanically inclined, and he went out of his way to help me understand what is happening with my car.



Most other places that i have been to for service make you feel like you are asking too much to have a repair explained to you in laymen's terms. Chris emailed photos of the problem, and offered a couple of options for how to perform the repair as affordably as possible(I have never experienced that before).



I would recommend him, and Eurosport to anyone without hesitation.

Outstanding service experience

I have never experienced a business before that has offered me such exceptional service! Usually I hate taking any vehicle to a service location, and especially my late-model import. I always feel uncomfortable with the staff, uneasy about their equipment, or just paranoid about the quality of service that my car will receive. This was not the case at all at Eurosport! My BMW needed a 30,000 mile inspection, and I was nervous about taking my vehicle to a dealership where I knew I wouldn't receive individual attention, so I thought that I would try this place out. When I arrived, I was welcomed by a very freindly reception staff that made me feel at ease about handing my car off to someone else. The lobby area is very warm and welcoming, and they even have a full-service coffee bar while you wait! The service staff was exceptional; they were the most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered, and I have owned import cars, and thus have had to take them in for servicing, for many years, but I was utterly blown away by how competent and professional the staff here was. The whole procedure didn't take much time at all, but to keep me occupied while my car was being serviced, they even have a complimentary shuttle that took me out to lunch, drove me to the bank to finish a few errands, and even took me by the office so I could tie up a few loose ends. Wow! Most importantly, though, when my car was finished, I was thoroughly relieved by the reports that the expert technicians gave me. They were very honest about the condition of my car, and didn't throw on bogus recommendations for servicing that I'm used to when taking my car in for repairs. As far as the cost is concerned, for the level of service, peace of mind, and comfort that I received at Eurosport, there is no question that I will take all of my cars here in the future. What a wonderful experience! 10 out of 10 easily.
