*****STAY AWAY FROM LAYAWAY*DONT TRUST THIS STORE****
I Have purchased several guns from this store in the past, just this past month iv purchased 4 guns and 2 flat screens 50inch & 60inch, but I had a very collectible gun on layaway since July priced $3000.00, went to pick it up and it had magically been resold to someone else,(aka an employee) that's a collector! Then charges me a bunch of fees (restocking fee layaway fee) with my money and try and give the remaining $1200.00 in store credit & tell me they have called me several times tring to reach me but couldn't the past week, I was just in 3 times thanksgiving week to pick up guns, nothing was said,plus me and the manager went threw my call history, no calls, they said they called yesterday even, no calls, they called me to come sign an ATF form on the Tuesday before, I showed them in my call log where that was the ONLY call from them I had recieved. The manager really didn't want to look cause he knew they hadn't called, They tried to say the call wouldn't show up if I was on the other line, BS, I showed where that does appear, they tried to say my phone was off, I'm a facilities manager, I NEVER have my phone off, this is the second time A layaway item to be sold while paying on it! It will NOT happen again I promise you that!

Drove 34 miles to return iPad that was stolen and the password never worked. It was 3 minutes after 6:00pm.door was wide open. As soon as I walk in the yell at me we are closed. I saw other customers in the store. They were hateful and untrustworthy also they sell stolen merchandise! Calling the BBB about my experience.

the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs some temporary help and they have great prices on the items for sale

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!! I HAVE GIVEN THE NORMAN STORE MORE THAN ONE CHANGE TO WIN OVER MY BUISSNESS AND THEY FAILED MISSERABLLY BOTH TIMES!! RUDE WORKERS AND WANTED TO GIVE ME 50 DOLLARS ON MY ENGAGMENT RINGS THAT WAS WORTH OVER 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS BC THEY SAID THEY ONLY WENT BY WEIGHT AND THAT IT DIDNT MATTER THAT IT WAS A DESIGNER RING!!! COME ON ARE YOU KIDDING.. VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND I WOULD DEF NOT RECOOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GOOD DEALS AND FRIENDLY BUISSNESS!!!

Great customer service! Very helpful associates and what's great is they are so personal they remember your name! Even if it's your second time to come in!
