Provided by YP.comFor starters it's a family owned local business. Great customer service. The female staff was very polite and helped me choose a ring for my nieces birthday.
Was very quick and pleasant experience overall. And they have some really beautiful rings .

Provided by YP.comWent in for a watch repair and the staff was very helpful and gave me a great deal. I learned my lesson to never get rid of my watches and to have them repaired instead. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy jewelry or have a watch repaired :)

Provided by YP.comVery solid family owned small business. Went in to Goodno's wanting a watch, but didn't know anything about watches or jewelry. The staff was very helpful and informative. I felt as if I was being catered to. After a few minutes they helped me choose a beautiful new watch which came with an excellent warranty. Definitely recommend buying watches here.

Provided by YP.comAt first I was sceptical after reading negative reviews, but when I went in I was immediately greeted and the younger woman upfront helped me find some jewelry for my anniversary, she was very polite the whole time, i also had some questions about some repairs on older fragile jewelry that was passed down through the family, she directed me to an older man that was very knowledgeable and helped me with what could be repaired and what would be better left alone. I will go here for life and always recommend to friends.

I took our Howard Miller mantel clock to Goodnos Jewelry for service. This clock is a family heirloom, given to me by my uncle and will be passed on to our children. When I took it in I told them it would run one to two minutes slow in a week. Three weeks later they called and said the clock was ready for pickup. After bringing the clock home the first problem I found was the chimes would not work, at all not on the quarter hour or striking at the hour. I shifted the levers on the front of the clock several times the chimes and hour strike started working but at about half speed, it sounded horrible. Next after a week of run time I found the clock was running at least 12 minutes slow in a week. I kept the clock for several more weeks since it was just before the Christmas holidays and the clock was a part of our mantel decorations. During that time the chimes and hour strike stopped working completely. After Christmas I called Goodnos to report the problems with the clock encountered after they serviced it. They told me to bring it back and they would regulate it, something they said they wouldn't do when it took it in for the service. After some consideration I decided I would not take the clock back to them because I my confidence in their workmanship is very low and did not want to trust them with our family heirloom clock again. I decided to go into the store and ask for a refund. When I asked for the refund I was told no, the only recourse they offered was to bring it back in which I will not do because of their incompetence. While in the store I asked if they bothered to check the operation of the clock after service to which they said they did. I don't understand how they missed the chime or hour strike not working. I have wasted $125.00 for Goodnos to make my Howard Miller mantel clock in worse condition than it was before I took it in to them for service. I feel fortunate I found out about Goodnos service before I entrusted them with our Grandfathers clock which is older and also a family heirloom.
Goodnos and his store managers have zero people skills, they are arrogant and inconsiderate. I would not trust this store to make any repairs, ever. There are other jewelry stores and clock repair shops that treat their customers with respect and certainly have a better repair service.

Provided by YP.comGoodno's Jewelry sold me the ring I proposed to my wife with. Eight or nine months later, two of the diamonds FELL OFF of the ring. When we took it in to the store, they made it a point to tell us that it was our fault before they even looked at the ring. Then they told us they would charge us a third of what the ring cost to replace it. I asked for the ring back and said that I would like to get a quote elsewhere. They told us they would charge extra if we did this and brought it back. They do not back up their products at all. They are unaccountable for their products and rude to their customers. At least, that was my experience.
