This judge is totally biased in our case as well! Too much to post but someone needs to do something ...my daughter can’t afford an attorney and her son was taken by this judge and they were supposed to give her a reunification plan within 30 days , it was never received and that was June of 2017 ! We have called numerous times to the opposing attorney to no avail and to the judges clerk who says my daughter has to file a motion ... if you can’t afford and attorney then how can she file a motion? Judge said the house which is 3 bed was too small and she couldn’t see how 2 adults and 2 kids could live in 900 sq ft so then she wanted my daughter to draw up the house plans on paper and bring back in 6 mos, no court date was ever set ! We don’t know what to do !

Fair warning Judge Jequita H Napoli does not follow proper legal ethics as a judge. I did a case study on trial dockets in college & noticed an overwhelming amount of biased verdicts, rulings etc. If you don't believe me check the info for your self you'll be surprised.
