Provided by YP.comI love Kay and Jared, I find it funny that all the terms and conditions are on the paper work yet people feel the need to complain. I have never had a problem with Kay , this is probably because I can read, and know what is or is not actually covered PRIOR to my purchase. NO COMPANY WILL SIZE A BRACELET FOR FREE!!! No COMPANY WILL REPLACE YOUR CENTER STONE FOR FREE, NEWS FLASH*** And for all the people who like to blame their sales man/woman, did they make the jewelry? do they own the company? do you see them mine the stones or the gold? OH IS IT NO TO ALL THOSE QUESTIONS??? WOW so it has not one thing to do with your sales person if your fat hand spread the gold so much your stones popped out!!!
Kay is a great store, I have bought my girlfriend so much stuff from here, no one has ever been rude or nasty. And again I know how to read so I know what is or is not actually covered under each purchase, and Kay has always always covered anything they should have if I had an issue. In fact they even covered something that was not covered after they called to see if it would be and were told it wasn't . That is probably actually the case with these as well but people want to complain and cry about stuff just because they can.
In short BUY ALL YOUR JEWELRY FROM KAY AT SOONER , ZALES there is pretty cool too

Provided by YP.comBuyer beware...My husband purchased me a bracelet for Christmas. I went in Jan. 2, 2012 to have it sized. At the time of sale, he told the salesperson I am small boned and the item would need to be sized. There was no mention of the $60.00 fee to re-size, only the mention of a warranty which my husband didn't purchase. When asking about the fee, I was met with aggression and an unapologetic answer. Instead of asking...apologizing for misunderstanding, or even listening, she let it be known they do not care. So on a day that began with a happy trip to the mall to wear my bracelet, I returned it. Because the credit card was at home, this involved going home and making a second trip back to the store. Still no conversation or desire to understand and help, from the manager at the store. In fact, she was the one I spoke to at the beginning. I agree with this other reviewer. No service after the sale. I called the District Manager 1/2/12 and still have not had a return call. I did call in the incident to their customer service line. I also sent in a written response of concern to the email from their website. The auto-responded email stated it would be 5 to 7 days until I receive a response. Never have written a review until now.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I spent thousands of dollars on wedding ring at Kay Jewelers last month. They had beautiful rings and the sales team seemed very helpful with the sale. It was after the sale that I was heartbroken. 48 hours after my wedding the diamond that Kay Jewelers had put in my ring fell out. We searched for it everywhere, but could not locate it. I contacted my salesman, James, and asked if there was any warranty on the mounting work they did? He sent the ring off to be examined and called me a few days later to tell me he would be glad to give me a really good deal on a replace for my .65 diamond, but that it was my fault the diamond fell out. THEY DON"T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
