I highly recommend Mr. Kuykendall as an attorney. When I first went to Tim for legal help after being arrested for drug possession, his advice to me was to seek treatment for my addiction. Being the stubborn addict I was, his advice didn't sit well with me. However, after realizing the seriousness of my problem, Tim helped me get into treatment and change my life. I am now 2 months clean and sober and the happiest I have been in eight years. He was able to get me accepted into drug court so that upon completion I can get my charges dropped. If he hadn't been the compassionate man he is, I would still be using, in prison, or dead. I literally owe him my life. hired Tim to take care of a felony drug case and the person in the case is severely mentally ill in Buckingham many many pages of mentally ill paperwork and the client did not understand it all and missed your call I can go with Drew and just ran off I don't find that very good conduct a very good representation of a client that needs the help of a council that is supposedly a public defender or somebody specializing in mental health hope you have better luck and on top of this opposing attorneys in women bad mouth a client
