I've been happy with the work I've had done at Norman Boot and Shoe repair. I've found the owner/cobbler friendly and helpful. He's told me when the repair would cost more than the shoes are worth. He's not great with English, but there's been no problem with communication.

Called to ask a question, very rude. Hung up on me without explanation. If its a busy time, shouldn't the owner at least have said so? Rather than just hanging up?
