Work with maryann only. She is fantastic! Even when there are challenges, she addresses them well.

They have always been very helpful and inviting when I have gone in, i've never had a problem and feel their products and services are fantastic. I'm not sure what happened with the person above me, but myself and company have used them for about 12yrs and never had any issues.

DON'T GO HERE! The products are mediocre and the service is awful. I normally like to help out the local businesses, but you're better off shopping online

On 6/02/09, I ordered name pins with a logo from this business. I was asked to send a jpeg of the logo to a particular person in the store and did so within two hours. Later in the month, I checked on my order and was told it had somehow been forgotten, but they would do it quickly, and they assured me they had received the logo jpeg. After traveling in July, I returned to the store in early August and learned my order was still not ready. They again promised to do it quickly. After hearing nothing for two months, I returned Oct. 14, 2009 to get my order and order additional pins. However, I learned they had STILL not done my order and was told they had "never" received the logo jpeg! My phone number was clearly written on the order form, yet they never contacted me to tell me of any problems. I will take my business elsewhere.

These folks were very accommodating. I had had a problem with a product that I purchased at another business and they fix the problem while I waited.
