The place is getting a little better with the change in maintenance and manager, but there are still a few issues with getting things fixed on time (not including plumbing and electrical). They are working to get the problem tenants out one by one, and are doing their best to get the place cleaned up for newcomers. The neighbors are pretty friendly, they allow pets, and the laundry facility is decent.

If it were an option,I'd give it zero stars.This place is ran by drug dealers and the mgr won't get rid of them.I'm trying to move out,now,and am harrassed by the meth dealers who moved in a door down from me,everytime.I can't even get my stuff out without fearing for my safety!I've spoken to the mgr and she won't do anything about it and acts like it's my fault. I was a good tenant and not involved with drugs. That makes you a minority,here. I've asked for her help with this,but she just tells me to bring cops with me. I would've done that,already, but am scared of retaliation. I've NEVER lived in a place this bad. The sun comes out and no one is around. It gets dark and there are tweakers walking around EVERYWHERE. I get up for work @430am. I had people I didnt know knocking on my door all hours of the night. I didn't feel safe, at all, and won't until my things are out. I tried speaking to the mgr, but she's friends with the dealers. She was horrible to me, even after I reminded her of the fact I was a good tenant. My rent was 2 weeks early,every mth. I'd get eviction notices on my door, despite this. The roaches are horrible and most of my things were ruined. I kept trying to get help with this problem, but they'd never show up to spray. I,finally,spent my own money on sprays, etc. They, finally, come and spray, but it's with store bought stuff and done by the make ready guy,who isn't a professional exterminator. The roaches were so bad, they'd crawl on me in my sleep. Other tenants, including the dealers, changed their locks so no one can come in and spray. The mgr knows this, but said nothing to them. I'm beyond disbelief. I'm going to have to call the cops just to get my stuff out. I'm scared of retaliation, even though I did nothing wrong. I could go on and on...DON'T MOVE IN HERE. IT'S NOT SAFE.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They don't pay their bills so things are turned off. When you call and leave messages, they won't call back. They don't fix maintenance issues. There's broken glass and animal feces everywhere. They won't evict problem tenants so there are drug deals, fights and the police are called out every week.
