Well I cracked my iPhone 5 screen and took it in to have repaired dropped it off on the 15 th of june it was ready the 17 th the screen was not properly put on kept scrolling randomly not scrolling at all I called the 19 th they said they would call me back Monday when the screen came I called a week later they never placed the order. So they said give the. A few days they never called back I called a week later they order the wrong screen. Said it would be a few days they would call me they never called back finally I was fed up called the 9 th of July said he had the screen I said I'm going somewhere else I want a refund he agreed to the refund well be made a mistake and charged my account 250 and then said he made a mistake and refunded me the 500 back in I didn't have that in my account so I got an over draft fee and a negative balance so here I am three hours later waiting for this money to get refunded then I call him and explain to him it's not in there and he caused me an overdraft fee and then he informs me that I have to bring the screen back so he can get his money back if I decided to go get it fixed it elsewhere ???? Wtf I've never had a hassle with a place as much as here I wish I could of bad the great experinces as everyone else but unfortunately that didn't happen

I was referred to Phone Fix by AT&T. Not only did they fix my cracked LCD, they did it while I waited! I called around to price the service and this place was cheapest by almost $20! I was skeptical of the price at first but when I went in I realized its was locally owned business by honest people who truly wanted to help get my phone back to working condition without overcharging me. Win win for me!

Phone Fix was fabulous! I had my phone screen replaced. Was able to drop off and pick up in a super reasonable amount of time--15/20 minutes it was good as new! The folks there were so nice and knowledgeable. If something else happens to my phone, I'll head straight to Phone Fix.

PHONE FIX has prompt and great service. They have fixed 3 phones for me and are very helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone with a phone problem.

Phone Fix is wonderful. I had a phone that was dropped in water. It seemed hopeless to get it fixed. I took it to Phone Fix in Norman with little expectations of it being revived. Henry took it apart and cleaned and dried it and it now works great. Thank you Phone Fix. They can work miracles!!!!!

This is a great place to do business and the owners are a wonderful!
