The management is absolutely terrible. The apartments themselves are not bad looking but the manager, treats her employees and renters like trash.They will look for any excuse to extort money out of you.

An example, when I moved in, the blinds were dirty and yellow and I expressed concern, they assured me that if I filed a maintenance request, it would get fixed. I filed a maintenance request in the office and it never got done; come move out day, they charged me to replace the blinds that were dirty from before I moved in. I steam-cleaned the carpet 5 times that year on my own dime and yet when move-out day comes,they still try to charge me a carpet cleaning fee, even though I left the apartment cleaner than I got it.

The manager belittles her staff in front of residents and it is embarrassing and makes everyone uncomfortable.

The actions of management are fraudulent and need to be addressed, or I fear this type of extortion will continue on the other residents.

I live here. Do NOT move here. I moved in ON March, 2013. By March, 2014, the rent increased by +12.0%. In August, 2014, I lost Air Conditioning for almost 3 Weeks. Temp inside the Apt: Up 89-90 degrees(nightly). Apt Management considered AC to be a "luxury". After the AC was fixed by Sept, the roof leaked in 5 places(dinette and kitchen areas), leaking spotted about 1.5 weeks after reporting the problem. To add insult to injury, maintenance man visited my Apt on 12/31/2014 to see the damage and asked if he could start plastering the ceiling. On New Year's EVE???
