Everyone here is always have a smile, says "Hello" that's nice. I know when I'm told something on the cars need fixing - it does!! This place is trust worthy!!

I have been many places and own a lot of cars. For the first time, I am very satisfied with the mechanics at Ron's Automotive. These guys are very cool and fun to talk to. I feel like these guys are my buddies. I really trust them and they always make me feel comfortable and welcome.

We have been using Ron's for several years and extremely happy with their service. They explain everything in great detail and we trust them with all our vehicles. We had a hard time finding a garage that we liked and trusted until we found Ron's.

I was born in Norman and have been going to Ron's Automotive since I first started driving. I have always appreciated the extra mile they go to help out their customers. When I needed a ride back to my house I could get one. If I needed to pick the car up after they closed, I could call and have someone stay a bit late (not too late) so I could get there to pick it up after they would have closed. Now I will say that over the years the news has not always been good as some of my repairs have been expensive, but at least Ron's was able to work with me on payment for fixing my car.



My friends were suspicious of Ron's when I recommended them because they thought "No one is that good." However, after getting several quotes on the work for their car Ron's was the lowest by several hundred dollars and Ron's was willing to do the work in a day or two unlike the other places. Ron's definitely made a convert that day I can tell you.



They are the most honest and trustworthy garage I have ever been at. If it is broken they will give you a fair and honest price for fixing it, and they get it done right the first time. I just had my car in the shop (Dec 2015) and they replaced my battery for free, since it was under warranty and they called me to make sure I wanted to do the oil change early. I told them, if it doesn't need the oil change then we can wait on that. Other places would have just gone ahead and done the oil change since I said I thought it needed one. Their work is always top notch, done quickly with plenty of communication, which I appreciate. If you are reading this trying to decide whether to use Ron's or not, I say give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Out of the dozen or so times I've been there, not once have I ever been screwed on service. Yes, you're probably going to pay a little more than most. The difference is, these guys DON'T SUCK. My car should have been done in multiple times, but they find a way to keep it road worthy and in quality fashion. Even my family has taken in their vehicles based on my word, and also with outstanding results. Highly recommended.

I'm no car person. I needed to get my catalytic convertor replaced, and truthfully I don't even really know what that is. Something having to do with the muffler/exhaust. Whatever. One of my coworkers recommended this guy to me, and I'm definitely glad he did.

I’ve been using Ron’s Automotive for over 15 years and would not even consider using anyone else. They know their stuff! They do a job ONE time and they do it RIGHT. They also use genuine parts. This kind of dependability is very important to me. I run a company that has 12-15 trucks in the field at any given time. My entire operation literally depends upon our automobiles running properly. Anytime I have a vehicle in for service, they will do a once-over and let me know if they see other problems creeping-up. Though shady mechanics in other shops have scammed people selling them useless goods, you truly get the Real Deal if Ron’s Automotive does a “once-over” of your vehicle: whatever Ron says, you can take to the bank!

Ron's Automotive provides excellent service. They don't push additional repairs that can be delayed. They give you options.

Heads up to Ron's Automotive. I had work on my 2003 Ford Escape. One of the technician assisted me and explained the trouble I was having with my SUV. That was the first time in years I wasn't taken advantage. What a great way to do business. I will return for all my brake work and all my maintenance on my SUV.

Many thanks to Ron's Automotive, my car does not make that squeaky noise due to my front brakes. I had no idea that my rotors and brake pads were 99% worn out..YIKES!! My car runs so much better and because of you guys.I feel safer on the roads and really confidence on driving my car.
