Bought $3500.00 in appliances and $2500.00 in flooring. When my friend went to pay, the woman we dealt with called the installer, who said the first opening was Sept. 8, which my friend said to book. Based on that fact, I scheduled cleaning and deliveries the following week. On Sept. 7, the “person” he originally dealt with said we weren't scheduled. She blamed the installer. Heated calls from me (after 45 minutes on hold all day) and calls from him resulted in the installer saying they would do it Sept. 12, which was unacceptable. On Sept. 8, the original install date, the “person” said they would use their remodel people for the install and they could do it Sept. 9. She called back an hour later and said it may take 2 days and since my friend was going to a funeral Saturday, they would not schedule it for Friday, the first we heard it might take longer than a day.
