If you love having your time wasted and leaving a business frustrated, then this is the place for you! At the Norman ADD center, you can expect to never be bothered by any of the staff as they constantly refuse to help or even answer a simple phone call. They also neglect to actually check your file and medical record when writing a prescription refill because your medication will be changed without any prior knowledge. In the office you can expect to become very familiar with the carpet stains and wall pattern as you will wait at least an hour to see the doctor. He is consistently and always running late to the office. However, if you are running late, then they absolutely will charge you for it. They ask for you to give them three business days to have your prescription refill ready for pick up, however don't expect to go in and it be ready. That just won't ever happen. The level of incompetence in this office is truly astonishing and if you value your health and safety I highly recommend that you do not come here.
