Initially our granite countertops looked nice but as I looked I kept finding superglue all over the place. The installer slobbered it all over the place when they joined the the two pieces together. When I taped the back splashes to caulk and paint to match the wall I found one of the backsplashes was broken and no one bothered to tell us. Also, after the first day, one of three sinks started to separate (falling down) from the countertop, so we had a big gap underneath the countertop where water could splash into the cabinet. Got that fixed now. At first I was just going to just let it slide because they gave us a good price.

Now we are noticing that any water that splashes on the granite soaks down into the stone because it isn't sealed properly. Over a day or two the dark spot where the water gets into the stone eventually dries up and goes back to it's normal color. Don't have a clue what it will do over the long term soakings. One spot where liquid soap got on the granite it soaked into it too but I don't have a clue how to get rid of that dark spot. We did try the sealer Young Brothers gave us for our kitchen granite tops and it didn't help stop the problem. So I called T&T to see if they could come out and reseal the granite top again. Explained the problem to them and one of the workers came out to take a look. We set up an appointment for the next week at 9 to 9:30 and we waited for hours and he never showed up and now T&T won't answer phone calls or respond e-mails. So if you go with this company don't expect and warranty or customer service after the install!!!!! I guess I'll have to go to the next level to get this fixed.
