The blond thin lady whom I had a horrific experience with was so rude. She told me to stop whining about the $2.45 charge after there was an 8 dollar upcharge because I bought a sticker at their place. She would not stop talking about me to the other customer. I finally told her to shut up. I told her I was older than her and she should respect her elders, she said she didn't believe in that. I told her I was proud of my daughters because never would they talk to anyone like that. She said if I said one more word she would tear up my paper work and not give me the sticker. What an evil ugly person. I hope Karma gets her back! Never going there again.

To any people that are reading this review please be advised that this currency exchange commits a bait and switch with their fees be very careful they should not be in business and I have filed a complaint with the state of Illinois I would recommend using a different currency exchange to avoid being ripped off
