James Xu was able to troubleshoot and repair my laptop in one day. He's been in this business since 1994 and is the owner. He does not send anything out and troubleshoot down to the integrated circuit. His specialties are networking data recovery computer set up PC repair and custom-built PCs. I'm so glad I was able to find someone local that knew what he was doing. Before finding ATL computers in Eagleville I went to Best Buy Micro Center and several other computer repair shops. All others said it could not be repaired or I needed a new computer or I needed to replace the motherboard or replace the motherboard and reload the operating system as well as all programs and it would take three days to troubleshoot with at least 1 to 2 weeks for the repair. James replaced my DC Jack and did A complete check out of my laptop within 24 hours. No more GEEK SQUAD for me. He was able to actually solder on to the motherboard. No one else would even attempt this. I highly recommend ATL
