this place is an absolute joke ! Definitely do not recommend it to anyone who's trying to get sober/clean. the staff is rude & could careless about anyone's problems only the fact that they get their money. they put a hard hold on people for the most ridiculous reasons which means you cannot dose until you talk to someone which could be hours later regardless if you have a jobs, kids, or a life. you'll talk to one person who works there to get it taken care of & the next day you still aren't allowed to dose ! none of the employees there communicate ! not to mention how filthy & unsanitary it is. sometimes you have to have over an hour to actually dose due to one nursing window with slow nurses who are extremely rude besides crystal. I'm honestly suprised this place is even still open.
