Donald at Ruff Cuts is the best!! He has been grooming our dog for years. He is wonderful with animals! I highly recommend Ruff Cuts.

I fired 2 previous groomers because they actually injured my dog. Searching for another groomer, I had several say "no thanks" to my 16 pound Lhasapoo, who had become terrified of groomers and became grouchy with anyone trying to groom her. Then I found Donald at Ruff Cuts. Thank God. Donald handles her beautifully and does a fine job of grooming her. She has never been injured while in Donald's care.

We have taken both our dog and cat to Ruff Cuts. I was very satisfied each time.

It is a wonderful location, fast and good prices!! They are exceptional with my pet and did amazing work. I have worked with a groomer for over 15 years and I have been in many different facilities and his is no different then many others with this kind of a job. I would rather go to him them some of the numerous other locations in the area. I have seen him work with difficult customers when I am there dropping my dog off and I find it amazing that so many self rightous individuals forget that someone working on you pet doesnt mean you can treat them so ignorantly. And they wonder why they recieve some attitude. He is only human. .. I also worked for vets locally and will inform you that thier facilities look no different behind thier closed doors.. You get a sense of experiance with this location and an individual who truly knows how to give your pet a wonderful hair cut...unlike some chain pet shop, out of school locations...My pet was loved and cared for amazingly and she can be tough, I will never go anywhere else... plus the bonus is they network amazingly to others based off your pets needs... how wonderful to find someone with true talent and love for animals... Customer service only goes so far until someone is plain ignorant ,,, being a VERY successful buisness woman I will would not tolerate people who think they are always right but I watched this man hold back and try his best with someone and that is why I am writing this... Very much respect to him as a buisness owner and fellow human... No wonder why he loves his "pet" customers!!

The man who owns owns this business is rude & obnoxious. i dont know how he can keep his business running. I had an encounter with him where he completely disrecpectful, speaking to me in a rude tone of voice, in front of HIS other customers. i have been a customer of his intermitently for a couple of years, & this is not the first time i encountered his ignorant attitude. I hope he treats his animals better then his customers. I thank him for doing me the favor & allowing me to walk out the door to someone gentle & kind, who respects his customers & animals. Customer service is so important in this time when business are suffering. We certainly dont need to support business's that treat us like this.

Not only is the owner of Ruff cuts very rude, his establishment is dirty. He does not sweep in between grooming dogs. His entire floor is covered in hair so your dog has no choice but to be exposed to all that fur containing god knows what. AND THE WORST PART... My sceond to last visit there ever I had to witness the following... He stacks the dog crates on top of one another- WITH DOGS IN THEM ... and the top crate, containing a small dog actually fell to the floor because the poor thing was shaking and barking so much. The owner as well as a "gentleman" who worked there simply laughed and picked the crate up. They didn't even bother to see if the dog was ok. I gave them one last chance today... My poor dog's nails had gotten too long and I was in desperate need to go somewhere close just to get it done. Things have hardly gotten better, I won't make that mistake again.
