I just ordered from here and I must say I'm disappointed... I wanted an order of large gravy fries with the gravy on the side but received the smallest side portion possible and also didn't even get the pedal sauce that I had asked for.

I live on the street on which TopKats is located. I eagerly awaited its opening after the Black Horse closed. Finally it opened and my partner and I walked up to visit it. We stopped in at 5:30 on a Saturday. My partner wanted a beer and was asked for his identification, which was a little surprising since he will be 40 in April. I only wanted a water and I did not have my ID with me (I'm 32). The bartender told us she was unable to serve anything to us, even water, since I didn't have ID. I was unaware the establishment was 21+ and was disappointed to discover that. We have not been back since.
