Like a plague of locusts, apparently it's time for Advanced Disposal Services to revisit their unprofessional business practices yet again another year.

In contact now via email, because an underling manning their Customer Services (HA!) phone-line blatantly LIED to my spouse, stating that, at 4:30 PM YESTERDAY a removal crew was still out and en-route to our position (Mon. Nov. 28th). Their so-called, "Customer Service" phone-lines shutdown promptly at 5 PM.

It is now Tues. Nov. 29th... and the refuse still sits curbside, as we are fortunate the strong winds & heavy rain haven't blown the trash all over our neighbors yards during the night!

"Mark Talbott | General Manager – Eastern Pennsylvania" returned my email, requesting my address?... because their UNIVAC computers must not be, "Advanced" enough to search/locate my information by simply imputing the name OFF MY EMAIL...

... my wife just hung up the phone (9:15 AM) after speaking with a, "Brenda" who stated that MAYBE a crew would venture to our location 24-48 HOURS FROM NOW! Yet they take our payment...

Right now looking at the BFI Waste Management of PA site; THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME this treatment of us has occurred, so it is apparent that, "Advanced Disposal Services" doesn't want/need our business/money. Contacting NBC10 as well!

This company is a disgrace. You pay them for a service which they do not provide and then when you call and complain they tell you they are going to charge you an additional $50 to do something you already paid them for. Pick up my trash and I won't have to call. Don't tell me that you were there and to come back it will cost me $50. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in over 40 years
