We went for lunch with a group of 15 (5 were kids) so we weren't expecting lightning fast service. We got our first round of drinks quick, them never were asked for any more. 7 empty beer glases sitting on the table for 30 minutes. We ended up having to go order from the bar. The food took over 2 hours. We mostly ordered simple stuff, sandwiches, fries etc. This also was at 1pm to 4pm in the afternoon, not during a rush. There were only 2 other tables seated. They added the gratuity even though they new it was absolutely hoffible service, we didn't argue and just paid so we could get the hell out of there. Also, it was 88 degrees outside, hotter inside. They had to add some more insult by waiting until they gave us the bill to close the doors and turn the AC on. I guess we pissed them off by giving them an extra 250 in sales that day. We will never go back there. Service so poor that I will actually warn people against this restaurant whether they are going to massachusettes or not
